There is no charge for private individuals to advertise their own property for sale on this website. This site is not intended for the use of commercial agents representing property not directly owned by themselves.

Listing a Property

You may upload details of property yourself using a simple registration process and completing a form for each property you wish to advertise. There is a limit of 3 properties for sale per registered account.

To advertise you will need the following :

1> A valid email address and phone number.
2> At least one photo in an electronic format ( i.e. on your computer ). Landscape ( wider than taller ) format photos are preferred as they will display more accurately on this site.
3> A few basic facts about the property and a property description.

Firstly you will need to register with the site by clicking on the Register link ( situated in the orange menu bar at the top of the page ) and following the simple instructions. Once successfully registered and logged in you may add up to three properties for sale. Please make sure that any photos and descriptions you enter are original, or posted with the original authors consent ( i.e. please do not use text or photos from estate agents websites unless originally authored/created by yourself ).

How will I receive enquiries ?

Site visitors will make contact with you regarding your property via a form at the bottom of your property listing. When completed the form will generate an email to the email address with which you have registered. Your username, your name, your email address, and telephone number will never be made public via this website. Your advert will remain anonymous unless you choose to enter your email address/name/telephone number in the property description. Please be aware that publicly publishing your email address may increase the amount of unsolicited email that you receive.

Including Links to other Websites in my Property Description

You may include links to maps, better photos, or any website relevant to your house sale, excepting those of commercial property agents.

Advert Expiry and Renewal

Your property advert(s) will be listed on the Alpujarras Property Directory website for 90 days. 7 days prior to the expiry of the advert you will be sent an email prompting you to visit the site and renew the property advert for another 90 days.
